There is almost literally no reason to buy your appliances anywhere else. We had a flood at our house from a broken washing machine, so I figured I might as well buy a new set since we had the combo stacker washer dryer townhouse special, which was garbage, inefficient, and ugly. I went to Boss to discuss options with them, the salesman suggested I get the Samsung frontloading HE models in white. He wrote me up a quote and I was absolutely shocked. Both pieces were the same price as a single piece at a big box store. They saved me 50 percent! I asked what the catch was, he showed me some minor dings and dents in the sides of the units. Now I don't know about you, but my washer and dryer usually aren't the first things I show people when they come to my house, so the small dings didn't bother me one bit. I told him I'd be back the next day with a truck to pick them up. When I arrived the next day I spoke with the salesman and he told me, unfortunately, they had sold out of the white sets.... However, he'd give me the stainless upgraded ones for the same price! I can't say enough good things about this place. High-end selection, no one beats their prices. When my fridge and dishwasher need replacing soon, I know exactly where I'll be coming.

Very easy to deal with! Had an issue with my dryer, called, and within an hour, someone was here to fix it. The repair man was very nice, and professional.

Found a great deal at Boss after shopping around, and was able to arrange delivery for the same day. Delivery guys were great. There was a problem afterwards, where the help arrived within 15 min of my phone call. Determination was made that a repair was necessary, and the techs arrived first thing in the morning. I was impressed with the response and how hard they all worked to make it right. I recommend anyone to shop around, then come to Boss. Prices and service are second to none.

Great place to save some money on name brand appliances

It's definitely a go-to place for buying appliances on a budget. All the appliances sold there are in perfect condition, other than a little bit of scratches and dents. The staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought five pieces there ever since I found the place. Highly recommended.
