Recently my husband broke the freezer door. We called Samsung Parts and ended up with some bits that didn't work so I emailed Jimmy to ask his advice. He hooked me up with the correct parts with quick, simple communication. He showed me pictures over email so I could match the ones that were broken, rather than referring to part numbers. It was a quick and simple fix but we couldn't have figured it out without help and guidance from the great team at Boss. I recommend them to friends and family all the time :)

Great value on appliances, and great service! I was able to be in and out quickly when I needed to purchase a dishwasher on short notice when our older one died. The new Samsung dishwasher we bought ended up having a small issue right away after it was installed but I called the guys at Boss and they had their repair guy Jay out to my house very quickly 2 days later. Jay diagnosed the issue and was able to have the correct parts the next day and the dishwasher works like a dream. Really happy with the whole experience, and especially happy with the after-sales service. I also want to commend Jay on his fantastic communication. He called when he said he would, and he showed up when he said he would, which is not very common in the service industry. Thanks!

Great customer service!

The place to go for appliances. Though Boss Wholesale only carries Bosch and Samsung appliances, we found everything we needed (washer, dryer, refrigerator, gas range, and dishwasher). They were very knowledgeable, and patient with answering all our questions. The prices were great, and you wouldn't know it was "scratch and dent" place after looking at the appliances. We had an issue with our washer, but they managed to resolve the issue asap without any hassle. These guys are awesome!

Been here a few times and have some good deals on Samsung products. This is a scratch-and-dent type of place however most products you don’t see anything and you get a great price. Definitely worth looking for if you’re looking for Samsung products fridges dishwashers stuff like that stoves you will definitely save money here
